“The staff are always amazing!”
I have stayed here twice now and the staff are always amazing. They are really welcoming and pretty knowledgeable about the local area and if they are not sure they know exactly who to contact to find out. We had a pretty big party and hey we’re so accommodating for all of our requests.

“Clean and comfy!!”
Place was clean, spacious and has plenty amenities like microwave, toaster, refrigerator etc. two towels per room. Price was reasonable too. The shared area has a nice TV and sofa to hang out. There’s also a TV in each room.

“Great place for family skiing”
Great place in the centre of town, lots of space, perfect for us. Nice seating which you don’t always get. Easy apartment to live in and has everything you need. Good secure ski locker. Thanks Arthur, you’re amazing especially when I hurt myself skiing. To Louis and Lewis for going out of your way with transport. To the three of you for restaurant and food truck suggestions and the onsen recommendation.

“Good stay, good price ”
Great room, lots of space. Provide almost all necessity and appliance required. Right beside lawson. Right by the main road and center of hirafu. 10/10 will come again.
Jordy is very friendly, recommended food places to us, and even provided transport service for us!

“Great apartment to stay for short break as well as long stay.”
Great wifi connection, all facilities(kitchen, laundry, shower/bath) we needed were available. highly recommend for families and groups.

“Excellent central location”
We stayed here for 5 days and were delighted with the apartment. It was quite spacious - bedroom, lounge, dining, bathroom and kitchen was pretty well equipped with most things (no cooking oil) to use if dining in. Housekeeping were excellent! (Serviced every few days) and staff were very friendly and chatty.
Ski storage is on ground floor and quite secure.
